This notice identifies the owner of viralteca.com and sets out the terms that govern its use. The service is provided under Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), the Spanish act on information society services and electronic commerce.

2. What Viralteca is
Viralteca gathers and ranks the YouTube videos, Shorts and channels with the most views, the most “likes” and the most subscribers, worldwide and by country. Browsing the rankings is free. The site does not host or store any video: it publishes the title, the author, the public figures, a thumbnail and a link, and anyone who wants to watch it watches it in YouTube’s player.
Alongside the editorial ranking there may be a featured videos space, booked by whoever wishes to through the bidding system. That space is always identified as such and is governed by its own terms.
3. Intellectual property
The videos, their titles and their thumbnails belong to their authors or to whoever holds the rights to them. Viralteca links to them and cites them for information purposes, within the right of quotation and review recognised by article 32 of the Texto Refundido de la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual (the Spanish consolidated intellectual property act), without claiming any ownership over them.
The name Viralteca, its logo, the design of the site and its own texts do belong to Viralteca SL. Reproducing them requires its authorisation.
Content takedown
If you are the author of a linked video, or its rights holder, and you want it to stop appearing, write to hola@viralteca.com stating the specific link and the capacity in which you are claiming. It is taken down without argument and without asking for explanations, normally the same day. The same goes for any content you consider unlawful or harmful.
4. Liability
The owner takes care to keep the rankings correct, but the figures come from YouTube and may vary, lag behind or contain errors. Viralteca is published as is and with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Viralteca does not control the content of the videos it links to or of the destination pages, and is not answerable for them. As an intermediary service provider, it acts in accordance with articles 16 and 17 of the LSSI: it diligently removes or blocks any content as soon as it has actual knowledge that it is unlawful.
5. Use of the site
You may use Viralteca freely to browse the rankings. You may not interfere with how it works, extract its contents in bulk by automated means, or use the site for unlawful purposes or to harm third parties.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and provided that consumer legislation does not impose another jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the owner’s domicile.
